New Client Package $260

4 private sessions, followed by 2 mat or tower classes.

The Spring Big Pack $1320

20 privates plus unlimited mat/tower classes* and/or Open Studio sessions
(*classes must have minimum of two participants to proceed. Expiry: 6 months or upon completion of privates, whichever comes first)

Independent Workouts

Open Studio $15

Open Studio workouts are at the discretion of the instructor and include an instructor-designed program, updated regularly according to the need of the client. Independent work is encouraged; however, a supervising teacher is present for general guidance, discrete correction and questions. For every 10 sessions in Open Studio, a private session is required to support your progress through the repertoire (but may be waived with consultation and agreement of studio teaching staff).

Workout for Teachers $10

Spring welcomes our fellow-teachers to drop-in for an independent workout (and requests that teachers call ahead to ascertain that space is available at their desired time).

Additional Information

Expiry of Packages: 5-packs and combo packs expire in 3 months; 10-packs expire in 6 months. If you cannot finish all your sessions of a pack before the expiry date, they may be transferred to friends and family because we know you want to share your love of Pilates!

Note for Beginners: In order to give you a satisfying experience in Pilates from the start and to ensure your safety on the equipment, all beginner clients are required to take 2 – 4 private sessions before joining a duet, trio or class (Parkinson’s program excepted).

Mat/Tower Class: At Spring you will be immediately exposed to the benefits of the spring-resistance work, unlike the situation in most mat classes. While learning the fundamentals of Pilates on the mat, the various bars and springs of the Cadillac are available to you on the Tower unit to enhance your workout and prepare you for other equipment work in privates, duets and trios. Classes are limited to 5 for maximum teacher attention.
